Who We Are
Arco Remodeling & Basement Finishing is a crew of builders led by Chad and Jeff.
We remodel the homes people already live in. Basements, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks and ADUs make up most of our work.
Chad and Jeff lead our projects. They walk the space with you, price it out, plan the work and stay on it until the final walkthrough.
If you want a remodeler who shows up, does what they said and cleans up after, that is what we work to be on every job.
Here is a little more about the two of them and how we run a project.
Meet Chad
Chad leads a lot of our kitchen and whole home projects.
He is the one who helps you turn an idea into a plan. Where the island goes, which cabinets fit the room, how the light hits the counters. Then he sees it through, one step at a time.
Homeowners tell us his eye for detail is what they notice most. The lines are straight, the gaps are even and the finished room looks like the picture you had in your head.
If you are thinking about a kitchen, a main floor update or a full remodel, there is a good chance Chad will be the one you meet.
Meet Jeff
Jeff and his team take on many of our basement and bathroom builds.
These jobs have a lot of moving parts. Framing, egress windows, plumbing, electrical, drywall and tile all have to land in the right order.
Clients say what stands out is how Jeff keeps them in the loop. You know where the job stands each week, and the price does not change on you halfway through.
Jeff is also good at fixing what someone else got wrong. If a past remodel left you with a bad layout, he will help you rethink it and build it right.
How We Work
Every project starts with a free walkthrough. We look at the space, listen to what you want and talk through options and budget.
Next, you get a written estimate with the scope and price laid out line by line. No vague totals and no pressure to sign.
Once you say go, we pull the permits, order materials and get you on the schedule. We protect your floors, keep the site clean and set up the inspections.
At the end, we walk the finished job with you and fix anything that is not right. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can always reach us.
What Homeowners Say
"We had a great experience with Arco Remodeling & Basement Finishing for our kitchen remodeling project. Chad did a fantastic job helping us bring our vision to life, and the finished kitchen turned out even better than we expected. The attention to detail, quality of the work, and overall professionalism really stood out."Reid, Google Review
"I had to redo a basement remodel that was horribly designed. We were able to look at the old layout and come out with a better design for it all. Gutted the existing Bathroom and rebuilt a tiled bathroom with a new theme that was 1000 times better... Being an extended project that had many parts that had to be tackled individually it was easy to work with Jeff and his team. Excellent communication throughout the process and no surprises with costs. If I had to do it again I would choose Jeff and his team every time."Zeris, Google Review

Chad and Jeff lead our projects, along with the Arco crew. The person who walks your home and writes your estimate stays involved until the job is done.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Basement finishing and remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, whole home remodels, home additions, decks, ADUs and apartment renovations. We focus on bigger projects rather than small handyman fixes.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We come out, look at the space and talk through your plans. Then you get a written estimate with each part of the job spelled out.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the permits for work that needs them and set up every inspection, so the job is done to code and on record.
